Maryland Mortgage Program
People interested in purchasing property in a targeted area will have the following advantages:
(Click here to refer to the map of targeted and non-targeted areas)
* Increased Income Limits allowed.

The amount of money you make can be higher and you may still be eligible for a loan.

* Increased Mortgage Amount Limits allowed.   The amount of money you may borrow is higher in targeted areas.
* You do not have to be a first time home buyer.  A "first time home buyer" is defined as someone who has not owned a principal residence in the last three years.  You must occupy the property as your principal residence.
